Recommend it for family with children
The pool was a fantastic place for the kids, they had a blast with all the activities. The food options were great and surprisingly, the kids loved the variety, especially the endless ice cream!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but we found it acceptable considering the overall experience.

A Relaxing Escape with Room for Improvement
The Junior Suite Deluxe offered a comfortable retreat, though dinner reservations for theme restaurants were tricky—book early! The beach is nice but not the Caribbean's best. Overall, a peaceful stay, just manage expectations about dining and beach expectations.

The activities were fantastic! My family enjoyed everything from the mesmerizing pool views to the exciting water sports offered by the dive team. The food was always delicious, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.
My kids wished there were more family-oriented entertainment options.

Beautiful atmosphere and incredibly helpful staff made my stay a truly enjoyable one. I loved being close to the pool and lobby, where the entertainment was lively and fun. The food was tasty, and the breakfast selection was noteworthy. However, the bed was a bit hard for my liking, and the room service could have been more reliable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12usda prime steaksfriendly staffdiverse menutired roomlacking vegetarian options
The USDA prime steaks were a hearty delight, leaving us craving more culinary treasures by the ocean. The staff, especially the breakfast crew, were friendly and charming, crafting smiles with their service. We enjoyed a diverse menu that kept our taste buds dancing!
For a 5-star experience, the room felt tired with some maintenance issues like a leaky toilet. The Asian restaurant didn't meet our expectations for a la carte, and the vegetarian options were hard to navigate. Beware, the beach water can be less than crystal clear!

Amazing Stay with Beautiful Views!
Our room was super cozy and the bathroom was really nice. On my boyfriend's bday, they surprised us with balloons and champagne—such a sweet touch! The pools were nice but the beach water was a bit murky. The food was tasty, especially room service!

Came for a relaxing getaway and enjoyed the clean rooms and fantastic gastronomy, especially the sweet rolls and great Mexican dishes. The staff were super friendly, making the experience even better. However, the gym was lacking equipment, which could be a downside for fitness enthusiasts. The beach was adequate, but not the highlight of the stay.

I absolutely adored the hotel's vibrant decor, lush gardens, and easy access to all areas, making it incredibly senior-friendly. The spacious pathways were well-maintained, allowing for leisurely strolls through the picturesque grounds at any time.
Some areas lacked adequate seating.

missingWrote a review on Apr 16beach loungerspristine groundsocean viewneglected courts
The beach area offers plenty of loungers and shade, making it ideal for those seeking relaxation. The grounds are pristine, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the view from the ocean-view room, despite a slight obstruction, is a nice touch.
The tennis courts, which I was excited about, are in pretty rough shape—totally neglected and dangerous. The main pool area can get extremely noisy, more like a party scene than a tranquil getaway. Dining options can be hit or miss. vegetarian choices are limited, with mishaps in meal preparations noted. The overall quality of the food doesn’t quite meet the five-star standard expected, with some days having empty food stations.
